L.A.P. RETURN POLICY
Effective Date: July 24, 2026
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS
Products may be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery if they are:
• Unused
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Undamaged
• Returned with their original packaging and proof of purchase
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Final-sale items, limited releases, custom products, gift cards, and products that have been worn, washed, altered, crashed, or damaged are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law.
INSPECTION
All returned products are inspected upon receipt. L.A.P. reserves the right to deny a return that does not meet the requirements of this policy.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to an error by L.A.P.
EXCHANGES
If inventory is available, eligible products may be exchanged for a different size.
Because PROJECT 001 is a limited production release, replacement sizes may not always be available.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due to an error by L.A.P. or a verified manufacturing defect.
WARRANTY
Manufacturing defects are handled under the L.A.P. Limited Warranty. Normal wear, crashes, misuse, improper care, modifications, incorrect sizing, and accidental damage are not covered.
CRASH REPLACEMENT
L.A.P. may offer a discretionary Crash Replacement Program. This program is voluntary, is not insurance or a warranty, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
RETURN REQUESTS
To request a return or exchange, email contact@wearlap.com and include your name, order number, and reason for the request.
Do not return a product until you receive return instructions from L.A.P.

L.A.P. TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the L.A.P. website and purchases made from RhinoSkinz Inc., doing business as L.A.P.
By accessing this website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.
1. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, sizing, photography, and other product information.
Product designs, materials, colors, manufacturing methods, and specifications may change without notice as we continually improve our products. Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only.
2. ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance by L.A.P. An order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance.
L.A.P. reserves the right to refuse, modify, limit, or cancel an order because of inventory limitations, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, legal requirements, or other legitimate business reasons.
If a paid order is cancelled by L.A.P. before shipment, the applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
3. PRE-ORDERS
Certain products, including PROJECT 001 products, may be offered on a limited pre-order basis.
Full payment is collected when the order is placed.
Pre-order products are expected to ship within approximately sixty (60) calendar days after order acceptance unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Shipping estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed shipment or delivery dates. Timelines may change because of manufacturing schedules, quality-control procedures, customs processing, carrier delays, supplier availability, or circumstances outside L.A.P.’s reasonable control.
If L.A.P. cannot ship within the stated timeframe, affected customers will be contacted and provided with any delay, cancellation, or refund options required by applicable law.
4. LIMITED AVAILABILITY
PROJECT 001 is a limited production release.
Availability may be limited by product and size. Products may become unavailable when inventory sells out or when the PROJECT 001 ordering period closes.
Placing an item in a shopping cart does not guarantee or reserve inventory until checkout is completed.
5. SHIPPING
Delivery estimates provided during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, carrier transit times are outside L.A.P.’s reasonable control.
International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import requirements, and other governmental charges imposed by their jurisdiction.
6. PRODUCT SAFETY
Cycling is an inherently dangerous activity.
No apparel or protective technology can eliminate the risk of injury, serious injury, permanent disability, or death.
L.A.P. products are designed to help reduce certain impacts under certain circumstances, but they cannot guarantee protection, prevent injuries, or guarantee any specific safety or performance result.
Product performance depends on factors including fit, condition, crash dynamics, speed, terrain, maintenance, proper use, and riding conditions.
Customers are responsible for selecting the proper size, inspecting products before every ride, following care instructions, and replacing damaged or worn products.
7. WEBSITE USE
You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or violate applicable laws.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The name LAP and Logo are Trademark and legal property of RhinoSkinz Inc.
Cycling suit is a patented product and all patents are the property of Rhinoskinz Inc.
If you provide LAP, RhinoSkinz Inc or affiliated partners with any feedback, information, comments, suggestions or ideas, you definitively and completely waive any intellectual rights to those items and grant LAP/RhinoSkinz Inc perpetual, royalty-free intellectual property rights.
By using this platform or all LAP social media platforms, you grant LAP/Rhinoskinz Inc a perpetual, royalty-free right to use, modify, sell, transform, copy, adapt, publish, translate, or create derivative works from any idea, comment, rating, review, video, photo, or any type of information or media element you post or provide on those platforms.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RhinoSkinz Inc. and L.A.P. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or any L.A.P. product.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. CHANGES
L.A.P. may modify these Terms by publishing an updated version on this website. The effective date above identifies the current version.
